The efficient use of fasteners is an important part of the value chain.
That is why we not only supply you with fasteners, but also with economic benefits. The basis: our closed production chain with a high level of vertical integration and electronically monitored process reliability.
For cold forming, we have process force-monitored double-pressure and multi-stage presses. Further processing is carried out on thread rolling machines, which are also process force-monitored, and - depending on the type of screw - on automatic coupling and turning machines for the machining post-processing of pre-pressed parts. The tools used for this come mainly from our own tool shop.
The majority of production goes through the heat treatment process. Tempering or case hardening with subsequent tempering gives the screws and molded parts their specific mechanical properties. This is always in accordance with controlled and monitored furnace parameters.
Depending on the requirements, the products are corrosion-protected and adjusted to the visual and technical requirements. Screws whose application requires a special anti-rotation lock or sealing property are provided with an adhesive or clamping thread lock.

As a screw manufacturer in the premium segment, we work in partnership with European wire manufacturers who meet our high standards. Our warehouse offers sufficient space to stock wire coils and keep them available for our production. This allows us to react very flexibly to customer requirements.

Process force-monitored double-pressure and multi-stage presses are available for cold forming. The tools for these production steps are predominantly from our own toolmaking department. In some cases, special geometries cannot be produced by cold forming alone. This is where our machining process comes into play. WSH chip forming are special parts with separate downstream operations. Functional elements that cannot be produced by cold forming are machined on special machines.
Our state-of-the-art machinery with its thread rollers allows us to roll threads and contours without cutting that meet all standards and customer-specific requirements. High quantities can be achieved. Thanks to the possibility of long rolling paths, the product shape can also be changed during the thread rolling process without the need for machining.
WSH combination screws are connected with one or two captive but freely rotatable washers. The screws are combined with washers according to industry standards, in-house standards or customer specifications. The ready-to-fit product in the form of a screw and washer eliminates the need for difficult picking up and gripping of flat parts and time-consuming manual assembly during screw installation.
The majority of production goes through the heat treatment process. Tempering or case hardening with subsequent tempering gives the screws and fittings their specific mechanical properties. This is always in accordance with controlled and monitored furnace parameters.
Depending on the requirements, the parts are then protected against corrosion using special surface treatments. Screws whose application requires a special anti-rotation lock or sealing property are provided with an adhesive or clamping coating.
In our fully automated camera-supported sorting and packaging systems, your fasteners are subjected to a 100% inspection before they are stored inline in our small parts warehouse.
The AKL is a fully automated warehouse in which the goods are stored ready packed for picking and dispatch:
3 aisles
65000 storage locations
approx. 100 million finished parts
this means that approx. 1.25 monthly production quantities are always available
Thanks to the automated shipping robot, we can process your orders quickly and easily. The system is connected to the mini-load warehouse so that there are no waiting times between retrieval and packing. Completed shipping orders are labeled fully automatically, transferred to the shipping robot and palletized.
